Tea in the garden
We will be having tea in the garden on Sunday. There will also be the opening of Pegs's Leg Pub, where the bar just got a fresh coat of polyurethane.

First tomato
Yes tomatoes are new world and therefore unknown to medieval people. But you can't have a garden in the garden state without tomatoes, and my first ones were ripe today

Clay, continued
So I took some of my clay to a potter, and what I have made is mostly silt. The clump fractured and cracked as he pulled on it. We were able to make a stamped plaque and it has been drying, but not fired.
That batch has been rehydrated, with the intention of separating the silt...
