Plantings

More rain. Wettest June ever. I should post when it's dry, that would be more newsworthy at this rate. Dug trenches where the paths were, between the beds, to try and keep the coleworts from drowning.

Bed one: Charentais melon
Bed four: beets
Bed five: Spanish black radish, next to the strawberry Blite

With the way the weather has been I've little hope for the melons

Feverfew

Lucy's Flower

Larkspur perhaps? My motherinlaw had a whole garden full of this, I brought its seeds home and it reseeds itself every year. Purple to almost white.

Also a mini rose (not medieval of course, but better than no rose). And meadowsweet

Rain

Rain all day today, the river isn't up yet but I expect it will be by morning
